The new miniature LED-Board-to-Board system

ASSMANN WSW presents the new miniature Board-to-Board system.

Concept:
SMD contacts (tape&reel packaging) are soldered on the PCB. The connector is pluged by easiest top-down assembly. The connection is ready.

Advantages and Features:

  • Shadowless light due to ultra low profile
  • Small dimensions give space for additional lenses and reflectors
  • Easy connection between LED-rails and LED-stripes
  • The multiple mating function allows the replacement of PCB units in the field without the need to solder or reinstall complete lighting units.
  • Smallest distances are possible between LEDs and connectors
  • From 2 to multiple contact options possible

  • Contact resistance: <=10 mOhm
  • Operating temperature: -50°C ÷ +100°C
  • Voltage rating: 50 VAC / 120 VDC
  • Test voltage: 500 VAC
  • Current rating: 5 A (RT)
  • Push-on force: ca. 4 N / contact
  • Withdrawal force: ca. 2 N / contact
  • RoHS conform
