Jiangsu Changjing Electronics Co. Ltd. (abbreviation: JSCJ), is a dynamic company based in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, of China. JSCJ is a spin-off of the Discrete Device Division of its parent company Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (JCET), one of the TOP3 largest OSAT (Out-sourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test) companies in the world. JSCJ aims to become one of the leading players in the semiconductor market.
JSCJ offers a broad portfolio of semiconductor components for the industrial, consumer and white goods markets and is focusing on expanding its product range of AEC-Q101 certified products. In addition to traditional active components, JSCJ also has frequency-devices such as crystals and oscillators in its line card. JSCJ meets industry quality standards and is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and IATF 16949.
The partnership between BECK and JSCJ started at the early beginnings of JSCJ in 2019.
JSCJ's Switching Diodes portfolio ranges from 20 V to 250 V in a variety of packages suitable for applications such as switching mode power supply (SMPS), adapters, lighting applications, on-board DC/DC converters and so-on. Developers can choose from a wide range of devices in terms of forward voltage (VF) and leakage current (IR) as well as other characteristics.

Schottky Diode
Schottky Diodes are unipolar devices, that have gained an increased importance in the medium power range. They are suitable for high switching frequency applications for example as freewheeling diodes for MOSFETs.
JSCJ's Schottky Diodes range from 10V to 600 V and from 0.1 A to 40 A, different SMD and TO packages are available.

PIN Diode
PIN Diodes are called RF resistor as well and are in general used for RF attenuators and switching applications. The difference to the standard diode is the composition of an intrinsic layer between a P layer and a N layer.
The devices from JSCJ are working up to 3GHz with a forward current IF between 50mA and 100mA. They are available in SOD-523, SOD-323, SOT-323 and SOT-23.
