Thanks to the autolock function, the SMT connector automatically locks after the cable is inserted – no manual actuation of the locking bar is required. This not only saves time and costs in production but also ensures precise cable positioning. At the same time, the retention force is significantly increased both vertically and horizontally, further improving connection reliability. Of course, as with conventional FFC connectors, the cable can still be released by operating the locking bar.

CF92 Series Specifications & Features
The new CF92 series is designed for horizontal SMT mounting, features a 0.5mm pitch, and is rated for currents up to 0.5A and voltages up to 50V. The connector is available in versions from 4 to 30 pins. Contacts are offered either tin-plated or with gold plating, and delivery is made in standard tape & reel packaging.
