JSCJ is a spin-off of the Discrete Device Division of its parent company Jiangsu Changjiang Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (JCET), one of the TOP3 largest OSAT (Out-sourced Semiconductor Assembly & Test) companies in the world. JSCJ aims to become one of the leading players in the semiconductor market.
JSCJ offers a broad portfolio of semiconductor components for the industrial, consumer and white goods markets and is focusing on expanding its product range of AEC-Q101 certified products. In addition to traditional active components, JSCJ also has frequency-devices such as crystals and oscillators in its line card. The partnership between BECK and JSCJ started at the early beginnings of JSCJ in 2019.
Thyristors SCR
Thyristors are called SCRs, Silicon Controlled Rectifiers, as well. The portfolio from JSCJ includes 3Q TRIACs, 4Q TRIACs and Sensitive Gate SCRs. The main technical advantage is the stabilization of the trigger current of the Thyristors.
The range of the devices is for VDRM from 400V up to 800V and for the ITRMS from 0,6A up to 40A.
