We offer a variety of high performance, efficient power MOSFETs in PDFN*5x6 (Power Dual Flat No-Lead) package with an edge dimension of 5mm × 6mm!

In this package MOSFETs with a drain-source-voltage V_DS  of up to 600V or a drain-current I_D of up to 200A are available! All components have a drain-source-resistance R_DS(on) as small as possible to reduce switching losses to a minimum. Together with our selected partners JSCJ, LRC, PanJit and TSC we can deliver more than 200 different products in PDFN*5x6 package!

Due to our short delivery times, of about 14 weeks, and attractive prices we have the possibility to secure the supply situation with new, dynamic manufacturers!

Of course we also offer suitable MOSFETs in other common package types like: DFN3030, PDFN3333, SOT-223, TO-252, TO-220, ...
