The TPC816 and TPC817 series of photocouplers that consist of a high-intensity infrared LED coupled with a phototransistor in a variety of RoHs compliant and halogen free through hole and surface mount dual-in-line package options (DIP-4, DIP-4M, SOP-4).
The TPC816/TPC817 are certified to major international safety standards and provide a reliable and safe method of interfacing high voltage components with low voltage operations and isolating high voltage transients from sensitive electronic equipment and components.
