2.2 A, 400 V – 1000 V Surface Mount Bridge Rectifier

Taiwan Semiconductor is introducing bridge rectifiers in a small, low profile (height 1.5 mm) surface mount YBS package.

The first series of parts is YBS220xG with VRRM range from 400 V to 1000 V, and IF(AV) = 2.2 A. The TSC YBS package is compatible with Liteon MSBL and MCC TBS packages. The YBS series of bridge rectifiers offers performance suitable for power supply designs in the =65 W range where space and case height is a concern.
