A new family of 200 V glass passivated Ultra Fast Rectifiers ESxDV with junction chip, trr < 20 ns, and maximum average forward rectified current IF(AV) from 1 A to 3 A have been released.

All ESxDV are available as AEC-Q101 certified versions for automotive applications.
