Taiwan Semiconductor stellt neue Niedrigkapazitäts-ESD-Schutzbausteine vor, die zum Schutz von Hoch-geschwindigkeits-Datenschnittstellen bei 5V-Abstandsspannung dienen.
Alle Teile erfüllen mindestens die ESD Anforderungen nach IEC61000-4-2 von ± 15 kV (Luft), ± 8 kV (Kontakt) und unterstützen Überspannungsschutz Anforderungen für High-Speed-Datenleitungen wie USB, HDMI, Display Port, SATA und DVI.
Die Teile umfassen 4-Kanal ESD-Schutzarrays in SOT-363, SOT-26 und 2510P10 (DSON10) und eine ESD-Schutzdiode im DFN1006L-Gehäuse.
