Phototriac is a device, including an infrared emitting diode (IRED) optically coupled to an output Phototriac and features full wave control.

Phototriac Coupler for triggering:
It is a suitable device for triggering for TRIAC (Triode for Alternating Current), used to switch ON and OFF devices, which require AC loads.
